Through our secure web portal, www.studentinsuranceusa.com, you can complete your Student Accident Insurance application directly on our website. The applications for insurance will be effective immediately along with a policy number and insurance receipt. Please call Student Insurance at 310-826-5688, if you have any questions. Detailed instructions below will allow you to purchase the insurance online. This system is equipped to accept credit, and debit cards for parent’s convenience.

1. Log on to www.studentinsuranceusa.com
2. Click on the orange Student Insurance Tab
3. Click on K-12 Students
4. Click on “K-12 Online Enrollment”
5. Select State and click “Look Up”
6. Click on link for your school or school district
7. Select plan or plans that are desired and click next at the bottom right
8. Provide parent/guardian, student info (enter 9’s for SSI number) click next
9. Provide credit card information
10. Click on “Purchase Coverage”

Through our secure web portal, www.studentinsuranceusa.com, you can print out and complete your Student Accident Insurance application. Parents who would like to send a check or money order have the option to do so. We do need to receive the hard copy application along with the check or money order in our offices for the policy to be effective. The policy will be effective for use once received in our Los Angeles office. Please call Student Insurance at 310-826-5688, if you have any questions.
